Clinique rinse-off foaming cleanser

clinique rinse off foaming cleanser review

I always look for new ways to remove my makeup with as little irritation to the skin as possible (I gave up makeup removing wipes a long time ago, only use them in case of an emergency-they irritate my skin too much). Couple of weeks ago I bought this foaming cleanser from Clinique and it’s definitely a keeper!

Its formula is very concentrated so it’s thick and creamy, it foams amazingly with only a little bit of product. It removes all traces of makeup and leaves the skin feeling extremely clean, almost a little taut, which I don’t mind, as my skin gets oily minutes after I wash it (not so sure if those with dry AND sensitive skin would like this one, dry-combination skin-it will work for you).

The packaging is another plus, it’s easy to control how much of the product dispenses and I would assume that it will be easy to get every bit of the product out of the tube once it’s running low.

The only down side, is that even though it’s a fragrance free product, I really cannot use it to remove my eye makeup, because it burns my eyes. Nonetheless, this has quickly become one of my favorite cleansers because of how great it is at removing the foundation, sunscreen, powder, blush and all that jazz from my skin without over-drying it. The feeling that this cleanser leaves my skin with is a definition of “squeaky clean”.

This sounds divine. Am always longing to try the Clinque primers too!
