Lifestyle Style

Spring…has sprung

Who doesn’t love fashion? I know I do! I always thought that fashion should be an inspiration for everyone to create their own style. No one should feel pressure to wear things that they don’t feel comfortable in. (I remember in middle school I used to wear overall dresses on top of jeans, big bandanas on my head, huge hoop earings-I felt so badass, you don’t even know ;) most importantly, I was showing my personality through my style).  Fashion should be sustainable, my picks last usually a lot more than one season ;)

For instance, I got these cute floral jeans from American Eagle last Summer, since floral prints are in again this Spring, I know I will wear these a lot. I pair them with a jean shirt from Zara and brown booties, also from American Eagle.

I love leopard prints, but you wouldn’t be able to say that by looking at my wardrobe (except for my 4 different leopard scarves). I don’t like most leopard print pieces that I come across, but when I was shopping at forever21 with my sister, she noticed these cute shorts and immediately gave them to me, saying I need to buy them-so I did!

I love these so much and even wore them on my birthday last week. I also got this nice white top with leatherette sleeves, also from forever21 (also follows black+white trends for Spring 2013).

I just got the prettiest and surprisingly comfortable sandals from Zara. I also want to get them in nude, the buckle is a nice touch and makes my legs look longer! These have a small heel and I actually like it, even though pretty much all of my shoes are sky-high.

Just switching the shorts for mint jeggins from Abercrombie&Fitch (pastels are once again making a comeback this Spring) and I have an entirely different outfit.

Now something that I don’t usually wear: crazy looking high-waisted pants :) Found these at forever21, once again, and they just spoke to me :) Can’t wait to rock these with a nice white, cropped top and cute wedges.

green pantsThe material is quite thin, and flowy-perfect for Spring and Summer.  pants details

On a more casual note: sleeveless top and jeans. The skull top I found at my local TJMaxx for about $`15.00.

Last but not least, few accessories I recently picked up: neon clutch from TJMaxx ($25.00), necklaces and waist belt from forever21. Can you tell I love gold colored details? ;)
