THIRTEEN THOUGHTS

Few new things

blog fashion haulHow’s everyone’s weekend going  far? After a whole week of rainy and dark, gloomy weather, I woke up to a beautiful and sunny Saturday :) . Today I wanted to show you a few new things that found their new home in my closet ;) .

I drooled over this beautiful, long Zara dress for weeks. I can’t tell you how many times I was ready to purchase it online, but changed my mind the last minute. The reason for that are the sheer side panels- even though the dress is beautiful, I was afraid that it had too much of a side-boob action going on. I finally stopped by Zara few weeks ago, tried this dress on and immediately fell in love all over again.

I also got this beautiful flower headband/crown that I thought would look nice with the dress.

These earrings, also from Zara, are something that’s totally out of my comfort zone. I’m not too big on accessories and like to keep them to a minimum, but I thought these would look cute with a high pony tail or a high-top-bun. The colors are so bright and happy-definitely something that compliments bronzed, summer skin.

This black XL clutch is something that was missing from my closet. I was looking for something like this: classic, room-y and slim at the same time, for a very long time. The clutch is from Zara (I know.. this is a Zara-heavy post, but I’ve been obsessed with that store lately).

This super adorable, tiny bag was a steal for only $15.00. Found it at Marshall’s, but the brand is Urban Expressions. I already wore this out a few times and received so many compliments. It doesn’t fit too much, maybe a phone a compact powder and keys, but sometimes that’s exactly what I need.

I know I can’t be the only who does this, but sometimes, if I like a piece of clothing bad enough, I like to buy two sets of the same item in two different colors. Well, in this case it’s four different colors, as these Express V-neck raceback camis are reversible :) . These are so easy to dress up and down, I plan on wearing thsese with jeans or shorts for a causal look or paired with a blazer and skirt or ponte pants if I want to look more dressy. They’re great to wear to the office under a nice blazer.

Also from Express are these black scuba leggings. These are the most comfortable leather-like leggings ever and also very, very flattering. They just make my legs look so slim! I love that they don’t “ride down” and I don’t have to constantly pull them up when I wear them.
