Elsa’s Wholesome Life

I think we’ve already established just how much I love Instagram. It is so much more than just a photo-sharing app.

To me, it’s not only a place where I can easily connect with others, but it’s also a place that’s full of inspiration. I get a lot of healthy lifestyle inspo while scrolling through my feed. When I first started changing my diet to plant-based, I was afraid that I’ll get bored easily and give up on it within few weeks. I soon realized that there is nothing boring about plant-based foods.

Thanks to some of my favorite food bloggers and their Instagram feeds, I never run out of ideas and can make a mean veggie bowl, even when using some leftover ingredients.

Elsa’s Wholesome Life

If we’re talking healthy foodie accounts to follow on Instagram, we have to talk Elsa’s Wholesome Life. Ellie has a very simple message: Eat More Plants. She is a food and lifestyle blogger who also studies nutrition and dietetics. Her account is probably one of the most beautiful ones I’ve ever came across- it’s a travel and recipe dairy that’s full of positive vibes.

Jenny Mustard

If you love minimalist style, you’ll also love Jenny Mustard. I’ve been following her blog and YouTube channel for a while now and her content is amazing. From vegan recipes, minimalist style tips and guides, to traveling, beauty and breakfast chats- I love it all.

So Beautifully Raw

Tell me that this sweet potato doesn’t look like a piece of art? Sam (@sobeautifullyraw)  has an amazing eye for photography and posts a ton of recipes for gorgeous, raw desserts and vegan food. The pictures of her raw desserts are unreal.

Loni Jane

Loni is one of the very first “healthy foodies” I’ve followed since going plant-based. I love everything that she posts- from shots of her veggie bowls, quick and easy plant-based meal ideas to pictures of her family and beautiful lifestyle snaps.

Minimalist Baker

Minimalist Baker is probably one of my favorite food blogs. Dana’s recipes are simple- usually containing 10 ingredients or less. Most of them are also plant-based and gluten-free. I love the fact that nutrition information is also included at the end of each recipe.

Sprouted Kitchen

Sara’s blog Sprouted Kitchen is full of recipes that are created using natural, local ingredients like whole grains, healthy fats. Hers is one of the few not vegan/plant-based foodies that I follow on Instagram.

There are so many more foddie accounts that I follow, but these six are definitely amongst my favorites. Anyone else you’d add to this list?
