The Roundup: Top Posts + a “Thank You”

This month’s roundup is a little different.

Instead of rounding up the month of December, I’m giving you a quick roundup of thirteen most popular and loved post that were published in 2016.

The most popular post of last year was also one of my favorite to write: 50 Ways to Practice Self-Care. The Lifestyle + Wellness categories are definitely your favorite to read as 25 Quotes to Keep You Going When Times Get Tough , 7 Small Changes that Will Make a Big Difference in Your Life50 Lifestyle Changes for Happy + Healthy Living and 7 Things You Need to Give Up if You Want to Succeed also had the most views and shares.

Blogging and photography posts also always do extremely well. I always get a ton of questions about my photography setup and equipment, so it’s no surprise that My Photography Equipment and Blogging Resources post was one of the top posts of 2016 from those categories. You also loved reading about a few Life Lessons I’ve Learned Through Blogging. A few other photography favorites were: How to Take Bright Pictures in Dark, Gloomy Weather, Blog Photography Styling: Finding Affordable Props.

Of course I also have to mention a few beauty posts that also did great: Secrets to a Long-Lasting Mani, Skincare Dupes for Cult Classic Favorites,  7 Amazing Under Eye Products: Moisturizing Creams, Correctors and Concealers.

I wanted to quickly thank you guys for all the support you’ve shown me over the past year. Thank you for all the love, comments and shares. Thank you to everyone who mentions my blog in their posts. Thank you for constantly encouraging, inspiring me and making me smile. It’s all of you who make this blog so special to me. It was definitely a great year for the blog and we’re getting very close to having 10,000 friends on Bloglovin’ which makes me very happy.

Can’t wait to see what 2017 has in store for us. x

That’s so exciting that you’re so close to 10,000 on Bloglovin’! Hope you hit the mark soon. :)

Your blog posts are definitely some of my favorite. I love that this community is so willing to help one another out since we all go through such difference experiences with blogging and learn at different angles. Thanks for helping us out so much! Your self-care posts have definitely made me so much more aware of myself. I definitely monitor my breathing a lot more since you wrote about that so much in your posts. I just need to get back on my mindfulness routine this year to be even more aware!

Here’s to another great year in blogging!

You deserve all the love and support you get! I may not comment on every post but your blog is one of the few that I actually tend to sit and read through post after post and get a lot of useful tips from. I love your range of topics and the way you like to share tips to help others. I’m sure it won’t be long before you reach 10,000, keep up the good work. Hope you have a great 2017 :) xx
